Who we are
Fashion Bot is operated by Abbey White, based in Sydney, Australia. You can reach us at fashionbotstylist@gmail.com.
What the app does
Fashion Bot generates personalised daily outfit recommendations based on your style preferences, local weather, and optionally your Google Calendar schedule. Outfit suggestions are generated by AI and are intended as creative inspiration — they are not professional styling advice.
Your account and preferences
Fashion Bot does not require you to create an account. Your style preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. If you choose to connect Google Calendar, you can disconnect it at any time in Settings.
Subscriptions and purchases
Fashion Bot may offer optional in-app subscriptions or purchases processed through Apple's App Store. All billing is handled by Apple and subject to their terms. Subscription prices and features are displayed in the app before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access our servers or APIs other than through normal use of the app
- Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute outfit content generated by the app at scale
AI-generated content
Outfit recommendations are generated by AI and may occasionally be impractical, inaccurate, or not suitable for your specific situation. Fashion Bot makes no guarantee that any outfit suggestion is appropriate for any particular occasion, climate, or dress code. Use your own judgement.
Intellectual property
The Fashion Bot name, logo, and app design are owned by Abbey White. You may not use them without permission. Outfit content generated for you through the app is yours to use personally.
Disclaimer of warranties
Fashion Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that outfit recommendations will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fashion Bot and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
